Healthy Meals, INC A La Carte Menu

Our new A La Carte Menu operates on a seasonally based menu. Once you have decided on a length of term (in weekly increments) for your a la carte program, you will then be able to select your daily meals for as many weeks as you'd like. The more weeks you choose, the better the price! This new plan puts YOU in charge of your menus. You will be able to choose from a wide variety of items for each daily meal per week. The a la carte option is perfect for people just looking to eat healthy and add convenience to their daily routine.

*Of course, if your main objective is to achieve certain wellness or physical goals, we would steer you towards enrolling in our Optimal Meal Program in which the menu is preset for you and provides a much wider variety of meals. Our Optimal Meal Program allows us to custom tailor your meal regimen in your daily caloric intake via portioning, managing your macronutrient ratio and dietary requirements, and making sure you don't get the foods you are averse to all of which better enable you to reach your wellness and physical goals.
A La Carte Menu Options
Breakfast Burrito
A combination of egg whites, green chilies, turkey sausage and cheddar scrambled all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with a side of salsa. This is a client favorite!

Whole Wheat Bagel w/ Lite Veggie Cream Cheese
The lite cream cheese is enriched with protein and a medley of blended vegetables.

Yogurt Parfait w/ Granola
Protein-enriched organic yogurt, with a side of fresh fruit and granola.

Buckwheat Pancakes w/ Turkey Sausage Patties
Buckwheat is highly nutritious; rich in omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, B vitamins, phosphorus, minerals, and essential amino acids. It can truly be called the ‘king of the healing grains’. Buckwheat is great for people who are sensitive to wheat or gluten.

Breakfast Sandwich
Ham, eggs, and cheddar on whole wheat English muffin. No drive thru necessary!

We use lean ground beef to make our meatballs.That's the easy part.The hook is in the sauce. We use garden fresh ingredients to make our marinara sauce from scratch. The meatballs and sauce we simmer over low heat for hours before we ladel it over whole wheat spaghetti. That's amore!

Pork Chops n' Potato Salad
Our pork chops are grilled and served with a farm stand style potato salad. A side of apple chutney rounds this dinner off perfectly.

Salmon Burger
One of our personal favorites. Served on a wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion with our own low-fat sesame mayo. We side this heart-healthy burger with our homemade cucumber salad.

Korean Beef 'n Broccoli
